Netnod welcomes the new board of directors and expresses gratitude to outgoing members.

Netnod is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Board of Directors. This transition marks a significant step in the company’s ongoing mission to provide rock-solid services for the good of the Internet in the Nordic countries and beyond.

The newly appointed board members bring a wealth of experience and diverse expertise. The new Board of Directors includes:

Christer Trägårdh, Chairman – is primarily known for his career in the banking industry.

Hafsteinn Jonsson – is a senior advisor within telecom and broadband networks.

Per Nihlén, Board Member – is Head of Unit at SUNET and the Swedish Research Council.

Mikael Pawlo, Board Member – is a Swedish entrepreneur and investor.

Anders Riedenfalk, Board Member – has a background as a Civil Engineer and researcher at Linköping University

Netnod would also like to extend its gratitude to the outgoing board members for their years of dedicated service and invaluable contributions. The company acknowledges the following individuals for their commitment and service:

Anders Janson – has been a member of the Netnod Board for over 15 years including many years as Chair.

Anders Rosendal – is Manager of IP & Transmission Design at Telenor Sweden. 

Mikael Abrahamsson – is Principal Engineer at NTT GIN (AS2914).
